Terms & Conditions

Cruise price includes :

  1. Accommodation in twin or double bed shared cabin. (Single supplement will be applied for single occupancies at an additional charge 50% of the cruise price)
  2. Meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner (while on board)
  3. Drinks: coffee, tea, mineral water (while on board)
  4. Air Tanks, weight belt and weights
  5. Transfer from hotel to harbour on departure and return dates ; in the Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Sanur areas.
  6. Dive guide fee
  7. Land tours included in the itinerary are included, additional tours are extra

What is not Included :

  1. Travel insurance – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
  2. Dive insurance – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED we recommend Divers Alert Network (DAN)
  3. Dive Equipment rental, and any dive courses taken on board
  4. Onboard telecommunication
  5. Alcoholic beverages
  6. Laundry on board
  7. Crew gratuities
  8. National park fee
  9. International and domestic air, land, sea transportation, tax and excess baggage
  10. Visa, hotels and food ashore before and after the cruise.
  11. Fuel surcharge of 200 USD per/10 days trip on Irian, Malaku and Borneo areas
  12. Nitrox – $160 per trip

Reservation and Alteration :

  1. All reservations must be made by walk-in, electronic mail or facsimile transmission.
  2. The reservation can be made via travel agent or direct booking to info@indocruises.com
  3. Only reservations that are secured by deposit will be honored

Payment :

Individuals: 30% of the charter rate is due within 14 days of the reservation. Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to departure date.

*please note: A single supplement rate is 1½ times the charter rate.

Groups and Charters (half boat or more): A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $1,500 accompanied by a signed contract is required within 14 days of the reservation. Nine (9) months prior to departure date, an additional non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $3,500 deposit is due.  Six (6) months prior to departure, 40% of the charter funds are due. Final payment is due ninety (90) days prior to departure date.

Cancellation :
All cancellation made by Guest/Agent will be charged with cancellation fee as listed below:
Individuals: If a cancellation is made:

  1. 121 days or more prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  2. 120 – 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the charter rate is forfeited.
  3. 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.

Groups (half boat or more): If an entire charter is cancelled:

  1. More than nine (9) months prior to departure, the $1,500 deposit is forfeited.
  2. Nine (9) months to 181 days prior to departure, the $5,000 deposit is forfeited.
  3. 180 – 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the group charter rate is forfeited.
  4. 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.

Groups (half boat or more): If the number of passengers is reduced from original group reservation:

  1. 181 days or more prior to departure, 20% of the charter rate per passenger cancelled is forfeited, and there is a reduction/loss of free space(s).
  2. 180 – 91 days prior to departure, 40% of the charter rate per passenger cancelled is forfeited and there is a reduction/loss of free space(s).
  3. 90 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate per person is forfeited and there is a reduction/loss of free space(s).

• After a deposit is received, cancellations and/or reservation changes must be in writing and are subject to a $100 handling fee.

Cancellation made by PT. Indo Cruises :

  1. MSY Seahorse – PT. Indo Cruises reserves the right to cancel the trip for reasons that are unavoidable and will inform the costumer at the earliest possible date.
  2. MSY Seahorse – PT. Indo Cruises reserves the right to cancel a booking if actions on the costumer’s part give justifiable cause to do so. In such instance PT. Indo Cruises will refund any payments already made.
  3. In the event of the cancellation, MSY Seahorse – PT. indo Cruise will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by trip members.
  4. If MSY Seahorse – PT. indo Cruises deems it necessary to change an itinerary during a trip, and the trip is adversely affected, than Seahorse – PT. indo Cruises  will refund the differences between the agreed tour prices and the services actually provided.

Disclaimer :

  1. Seahorse – PT. Indo Cruises will not be responsible for weather, sea, or road condition affecting the cruise and causing delays or re-routing, sickness, government action, and changes due to the force of majeure.
  2. Seahorse – PT. Indo Cruises will not be responsible for any lost or damage of the guest’s personal belongings.

Insurance :
Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe trip aboard the MSY Seahorse, but it is HIGHLY RECOMENDED to the costumers to purchase travel insurance, medical insurance, dive insurance, baggage insurance and trip cancellation insurance.

 Full Boat Charter Terms and Conditions :

  1. All Scheduled MSY Seahorse cruises can be booked as full boat charters, with maximum passenger 16 persons. There are certain changes to the scheduled itineraries allowed for the chartering customer subject to prior arrangement and approval by PT. Indo Cruises. However the scheduled period of nights and ports of embarkation and disembarkation cannot be altered.
  2. Full boat charter for unscheduled destination and itineraries :
    1. If the charter is booked to sail outside the cruise itinerary or to another area, then a re-location fee may need to be added to the total cost of the cruise depending on location.
